This policy explains what data CloudInsight (cloudinsight.cc) collects, why, who receives it, and how you can control it. We only describe what we actually do — nothing is listed here for show.
What we collect
What you give us
When you submit a contact or quote form, we receive the name, email, phone number, company, role, enquiry type and message you entered. Every field is yours to fill in or skip, but without a way to reach you we cannot reply.
What is collected automatically
As you browse, third-party services automatically collect device type, browser, approximate location (country/city level), referring site, pages viewed and time spent. This data is aggregated; we cannot identify you from it.
Cookies and third parties
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. These are the third-party services actually in use and what each one does:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Used to understand which articles get read, where readers come from, and how many people start the contact form but do not finish. We deliberately never send your name, email, phone or message content to GA4 — not one form field.
Google AdSense
Article pages on this site display Google ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads and may show personalised ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can turn personalised ads off — see "Your choices" below.
Formspree
Contact forms are delivered to our inbox by Formspree. What you type passes through Formspree's servers.
What we do with it
Reply to your enquiry; understand which content is useful so we know what to write next; keep the site running and ads served. We do not sell your personal data, and we never use form content for ad targeting.
Your choices
Turn off personalised ads
Visit Google Ads Settings to turn off personalised advertising, or aboutads.info to opt out of personalisation across many ad providers at once. You will still see ads — they just will not be chosen based on your browsing history. Google My Ad Center · aboutads.info
Browser settings
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site's content remains fully readable if you do.
Skip the form
Forms are entirely optional. If you never submit one, we never receive your contact details.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our inbox until the enquiry is closed and no longer needed. Google Analytics user-level data is retained for 14 months per our Google settings and then deleted automatically; aggregated statistics are kept.
Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, a copy of, correction of or supplement to your personal data, or ask us to stop collecting, processing and using it, or to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will act within a reasonable period.
Children
This site's content and services are aimed at businesses and professional developers. It is not designed for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back before using our services.
